Every Memorise order is prepared with care in London, United Kingdom. Our usual preparation time is 3–7 working days after your order details are confirmed.
Bespoke designs, larger quantities and event dates may need additional time. We will confirm your individual timeline with you before production begins.
UK delivery
Once dispatched, delivery within the UK usually takes 1–3 working days. These are helpful estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, as carrier schedules can vary.
We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves us and provide tracking details where the delivery service makes them available.
Your delivery details
Please check that your name, address and contact details are accurate at checkout. You are responsible for being available for delivery and for any missed-delivery instructions from the carrier.
